I ordered the Damen Laufschuhe Supernova Rise 2 online during a sale and was shocked to receive a used pair of shoes instead of a new product.
What makes this even more frustrating is the response from customer service. I explained multiple times that I am training for a marathon and that timing is extremely important for me. Instead of offering a real solution, I was repeatedly told only to “return the item and buy a new one.” No urgency, no alternative, no responsibility.
Sending used items as new is unacceptable for any retailer—especially a brand as large as INTERSPORT. The lack of customer care in a situation like this shows complete disregard for the customer’s time and needs.
Very disappointing experience. I expected far better.

It is simply unbelievable that DPD exists as a transport company. They NEVER deliver any Paket and only leave it far from home. We are like 30 people in the same queue to take our packets. STOP WORKING WITH THE NON-DELIVERY COMPANY OF DPD RIGHT NOW.

Being casually asked at the checkout for all sort of private information before being allowed the discounts marked on items is manipulative and dishonest. Intersport should be more open and straightforward.

Horrible! Customer service is unresponsive and they do not speak English, I tried to call to ask info about my order they literally hang up the phone in my face twice. Sent a email and got no answer. They sent me shoes in a box with not a single sheet of the usual thin paper they wrap them into, they don't even look new from the box! Unbelievable!

Avoid using Intersport at all costs! I decided to use Intersport because of the location and discount they were offering but it didn't take long to understand why they are the cheap compared to the other more competent and professional companies in the area. I don't understand why they ask you to put your high and weight in when booking because they ignore all of this information anyway. This resulted in my girlfriend needing to replace her boots multiple times. The gave me (6ft 1") and my girlfriend (5ft 3") the same length skis? they is completely wrong and ruined one day of our holiday until we could go back and change them for the proper sizes. I also booked the black package to receive the best quality skis but they just grabbed any ski off the rack so don't bother going for the higher level because you will pay more but be give the cheap, poor quality equipment anyway. due to the location of the shop at the bottom of the super Morzine lift I decided to book a ski 'locker' as well. There was no lockers to store your shoes and equipment safely, it was just an open room which anyone could walk in and take whatever they liked. This resulted in serval people complaining while we were there about missing shoes which I can only assume were stolen. The manager of the store was also a rude, obnoxious man with no customer service knowledge. He would refuse to acknowledge that peoples belongings could go missing and that the advertisement online for a 'locker' was miss leading. I also witness him snapping at customers when they were making simple requests to exchange unsuitable equipment.

Avoid at all cost. I canceled my ski hire online 7 weeks prior to us skiing due to sustaining an injury. They charged for €57 for the pleasure with no warning. When I asked to reinstate booking with a view to transfer to friends. They told me too late it's been cancelled. What kind of business operates like this. Never using again. Opportunist pricing scandal.
