I will use this florist more often. I had flowers delivered to my mom in Italy, and there is a local florist shop that was dispatched to service the order which accepted. What matters is that the flowers in a basket was decorated beautifully and fresh and delivered on time to my mom. My mom loved it.
I definitely recommend this florist in Italy and will use them more often. I love flowers :)
I had a delivery with them (Italy) recently and the presentation was better than expected. Great bouquet and cake combo. I placed the order from the UK so I was a little nervous the order was not going to be delivered on time. But everything arrived and the recipient loved it.

Not only does this company screw everything up, their company policy is unique - they were surprised that by writing to complain that I had not wanted to congratulate them on their multiple errors !
