Really disappointing service and delivery and screws missing
We ordered the super king ottoman bed from this company. Firstly the delivery didn’t happen on the date it was due to and we had no explanation of why. Secondly the company said they would provide us with a complimentary delivery to the bedroom as compensation however when the driver turned up he was alone and hadn’t been briefed to deliver the bed to the room. We then spent two hours trying to figure out how to assemble the bed - there are 4 screws missing and one very basic instruction sheet. When I try and call this company they never answer and are not fast to reasons to emails either. I’m so disappointed. The actual bed looks nice but it’s not linen which we ordered and paid more for. We haven’t had a chance to test it properly as we haven’t been able to build it. As someone who is an advocate for small businesses it’s really disappointing because we chose to support and buy this company over others and now massively regretting our decision.
