Our Advisor was very experienced, advisary and created time for us everytime we had questions or something that wasn't clear. He was there for us throughout the whole process both via Calls or via Email. He even responded sometimes at about 23:00.

The quality of service from Interhyp has significantly declined since I first used them 10 years ago for my initial mortgage. Recently, I reached out to them for help with refinancing, and the experience has been disappointing. There was a lot of pressure to an accept offer and provide documentation within very short periods. Additionally, there was a noticeable lack of support during the transition from the old mortgage provider to the new one.

It was challenging to reach anyone for assistance. My assigned representative was often unavailable, and I always encountered voicemail. I learned that my representative was sick quite often or out-of-office and was eventually assigned a new one.

If you are expecting Interhyp to facilitate a smooth transition between your old and new lender, I recommend seeking help elsewhere. Working with Interhyp has caused unnecessary stress and a noticeable lack of empathy on their part when issues arise.

- I tried with three different broker companies with exact same condition, same day and Interhyp broker provided the worst possible offer (i was expecting their offer would be the best). I do not know if it is the company overall bad or just the person/broker (Mr. T. Elies, located in berlin) I was assigned. Definitely I do not recommend him/Interhyp... but just for comparison you may try...

I had the chance to get support from Mr. Hendrik Kühn and his boss Mr. André von Glinski for my first loan application in Germany. They made this complex process really smooth thanks to their professional approach. I received continuous support for every single concern that I had.
