I would like to say there was a experience or a service but it wasn’t
I booked a bouqeut of flowers for my girlfriend to be delivered on 14th february, they sent me an email with delivery confirmation, but there was none, my girlfriend was not called, I called, they said will call me back, that never happened, after three days they told me flowers are at the florist which was an convenient because was just 3 minutes away from my girlfriend, she went there, nothing!! I ask for a refund for this terrible organisation and nothing, I would never recomand it

Overall our experience was good, but it was very difficult for us to order from Canada in English without speaking French. Our savings was CoPilot from Microsoft which helped us xplain what we needed
Our experience was outlined below, but being English with only very limited knowledge of French it was very difficult, but utilizing Miscofoft CoPilot helped dramatically and ultimately the confirmation we receive of the order was as we ordered, but unfortunately your promised delivery date was not met. you also decided to deliver to a different location from the home address we had requested in Estaing.
overall because of Valentines Day proximity I understand you had a VERY busy week, so the problems we suffered is forgivable. Thank you.
