Extremely disappointed with the flower content

Extremely disappointed with the quality of the flowers chosen by the florist, It certainly wasn't worth the money I paid.

The flowers

The flowers, which were a birthday gift, were not received. I have sent several email asking what happened and each time was told they would get back to me in 48 hours. A week has gone by and i still have not heard anything. The next step is for my solicitor to get involved. I have used Interflora before and was always very pleased with them. Not now.

Excellent service from Interflora

Excellent service from Interflora, I had to change the delivery date at short notice due to unforeseen circumstances and my order was placed "on hold" until I could supply new delivery date. Beautiful flowers and chocolates all delivered perfectly for a special birthday. Thank you.

I chose some flowers online from Interflora for my friend's birthday. I have used Interflora before and have always found them reliable and the blooms they arrange are beautiful. My friend was overjoyed with her bouquet. She couldn't believe how beautiful the flowers were. Plus, I knew why she was pleased because the florist had sent me a photograph of the display upon delivery. I would highly recommend Interflora for the reliable service and products they provide.

Beautiful flowers delivered to my family

Needed to send flowers to family in Spain & I’m in uk. Interflora are a reputable company which you can rely on & have used them twice now. Clear & easy website & flowers were delivered by a local florist & were happily received.

Ordered a large bouquet

Ordered a large bouquet , neutral one . So the first mistake I made was I put my email address a letter incorrectly. I contacted customer service and they were great , found the order and forwarded receipt and delivery details etc . They attached photo of the bouquet . My neutral bouquet had pink flowers ! I was shocked and disappointed. Why would I receive a pink and white bouquet when I ordered a neutral one . I contacted customer service twice twice and didn’t get a single reply . Shocking , what was meant to be a special gift , turned into a huge embarrassment. I would have been better going to a supermarket. I definitely wouldn’t use again .
