Never again-rotten flowers

Very disappointed with my experience. I paid £92 for a flower arrangement that looked nothing like the bouquet advertised on the website. The flowers I received were much smaller, lacked the quality and fullness shown in the promotional photos, and looked significantly cheaper than what I expected. Some of the flowers were rotten.

I chose this arrangement based on the images online, but the product delivered was completely different and certainly not worth the price. It felt misleading, and I was left feeling let down on what should have been a special occasion.

I contacted customer service and provided photos showing the difference between the advertised bouquet and what was delivered. I hope the company will take responsibility and improve both the quality of their products and the accuracy of their advertising.

Unfortunately, based on my experience, I would not recommend ordering from Interflora if you expect to receive what is shown on their website.

Easy to order online

Easy to order online, given to a local florist who preppared and delivered exactly what I’d asked for! Overall service was excellent and the flowers are still looking great!

Hopeless

Hopeless. Website offers same day delivery, takes your money. Then later you get an email stating that there are no Interflora outlets that can deliver. A major city just up the road!!
Why not state that when you place the order? A useless system that disappoints and lets you down. Shameful IT in this modern world. I'd give 0 stars if I could.

Flowers were poor quality delivered on…

Flowers were poor quality delivered on Tuesday 30 th June and by Saturday rises were dead and brown . Would not re order . Not as many flowers as seen in photo on line .

Don’t use anyone else

Don’t use anyone else. Every few months I buy my mum flowers and get them delivered. The quality of these flowers are always high standards and last weeks later.

Missing Vase

Ten days ago, my friend in Australia received a bouquet of flowers. There should also have been a vase. There wasn't one, so my friend had to find one. I told Interflora a few times about the missing vase, and they said they would look into it within 48 hours. That wasn't true. They have not contacted me about the problem, so I paid too much for the flowers because there was no vase. They made some lame excuse about time differences. They are an international company. They have to deal with time differences every day. My friend in Australia and I would both be happy if she received a vase. If not, I should receive a refund, which seems fair to me. I will not deal with Interflora again.
