Shipment delayed and wrong product delivered.
Card payments failed for several days, though I tried three different credit cards issued by two different banks.
Ended up having to make a bank transfer instead, which is way more cumbersome, and not covered by purchase protection.
Payment took 3 days to process and the package took about 3 weeks to reach me after that. So a little under a month all in all.
Big was my joy when the shipment finally arrived. But my disappointment sky rocketed, when I discovered the order arrived with a US-plug instead of a Europlug (google the difference).
I ordered a motorization system to my blinds.
The webshop is a European webshop based in Holland. So why in the world do they ship electronics with US-plugs, that cannot be used anywhere in all of Europe?
No where on the website does it state that the product cannot be used in Europe. Why don't they simply include a converter free of charge?
I have to say it's very disappointing to wait for your order for many, many weeks, just to discover you can't use it.
