I had a blocked toilet and suspected the toilet air fresher had fallen down the toilet. A plumber removed the toilet and Will was able to remove the fresher. Highly recommend Instant drainage solutions. Local, quick response, reliable and competitively priced

The guys came round promptly and successfully unblocked my drain. Nice chaps, great job and I am very appreciative of then fixing my problem!

William came out to see us the same day we called via local heroes after another engineer cancelled on us. He was very professional, polite and took his time to explain the issue and advise us how to avoid in future. Our toilet was not flushing as it should, so, following a friend's recommendation, I contacted Will at IDS.
Although it was not an emergency he came very quickly, quoted a fair price, thoroughly examined the system and found the problem.
He then tested his work with us watching and the problem had clearly been resolved.
will is an old-fashioned professional who takes pride in his work and wants to do a good job.
I have no hesitation in recommending him.

Really quick response. Great service. We had a drain blocked by building rubble after having rendering done. Will was polite and quick to diagnose this issue and had fixed it and checked it in next to no time. Can't rate him highly enough
