First, but not the Last time, I bought, and had to use, the Insta Support.
Truly excellent support. I sent the camera in because it wasn't recognizing the new grip. Clearly, everything was new: the camera, the grip, plus a new battery and a display sunshade. Simply fantastic. I will buy also in the future directly in the Insta Shop

Absolutely amazing Service. They are kind and take the time to really listen to what I was concerned about. This was my first order from them, and although there were a few hiccups, they were easily fixable when speaking with a rep, fantastic team and very quick to help.

First class support & camera
Had an issue with my 360 x3 after contacting insta support , I sent my camera off and it was repaired / replaced immediately!!! The communication throughout was excellent and I was kept upto date all the way.
Would not use another camera both for actual camera and support they provided.
