Great service
Emailed about a few queries, within 24 hours they came back to. Advised me about one, which saved me from being scammed. The second they helped with technical issues. Resolved. Phoned 2 days later to check to see If everything was still working as it should. Pleased to say yes.
Staff very friendly and helpful, nothing to much trouble, for a pensioner that is not tech savy.

Internet speed
I had a problem with my download speeds, which were 5Mbps instead of 60Mbps - I reached out to Inspire and immediately spoke to the right person to solve the problem, which was my router not communicating properly with my home mesh wifi extender. All sorted in 5mins

The lady I spoke to was very pleasant and helpful. She helped me to set up the new router because the telephone lines are going digital. Everything is now up and running and working smoothly.

This company will rip you off- please…
This company will rip you off- please do not use them. They pressurise people to do verbal contracts over the phone and tie people in to 2 year contracts at 3 times the price of other providers.
Their land lines equate to £26.99 per month where other providers are around £10per month. They charge an annual standing charge to make their annual prices look lower.
My Uncle is an 80 old pensioner and didn’t know what he was signing up for over the phone. This is clearly a strategy they have of speaking to elderly people over the phone who don’t actually know what they are signing up for. They are quite happy charging 2.5/3 times over the market. I just don’t understand why any person would sign up with them when they know the full detail of their pricing.
Do not ever go near this company unless you want to pay vastly more than any other provider.

We’re sorry to read your review, though we’d like to reassure you that your uncle has been a valued customer with us for several years, and this was simply a renewal of his existing agreement. We take our commitment to customers very seriously and have extensive training in place to ensure all conversations are handled with care and transparency.
All of our customer calls are recorded and reviewed to ensure full understanding and consent. In this case, all calls were compliant, and your uncle was also sent written documentation and given a 14-day cooling-off period to review the agreement and make sure he was happy to proceed.
Many of our customers prefer our pricing model of a one-off annual payment with a lower monthly rate. Unlike many providers, we do not apply in-contract price rises, meaning the rate agreed at the start remains the same for the duration of the contract.
We understand we’re not the cheapest provider, but our customers choose us for our reliability, personal service, and dedicated UK-based support, which is reflected across the majority of our reviews and customer retention. One of our agents has also reached out to you directly to discuss this further, and we’re always happy to talk through any concerns in more detail.
