I was Sent a very poor quality item, requested an exchange as they do not offer refunds (probably as the quality is so poor they would be refunding every customer), 3 weeks on from them receiving my return I still hadn’t heard anything so I emailed customer services, no reply, emailed again, to just receive a very rude response and still no exchange item!!
