I spoke to a gentleman this evening who was extremely helpful.
Very professional and answered all of my questions with Clear constructive advice.
It is a rare pleasure these days to speak to somebody that is good at their job pleasant and goes out of their way to be helpful

Unprofessional and non existent service…

Unprofessional and non existent service given from Zaheer, Edwin and the team. They never respond to any issues in our block, can never produce a breakdown of cost and the staff turnover is hard to keep up with. Complaints procedure always ignored, will charge us for jobs never carried out. Stay clear if you can.

A Great Start !!

I have been really impressed with the service

I have been really impressed with the speed, consideration and kindness with which both Lars and Beccy have dealt with our clients matter.
I deal with many clients who are in financial difficulty and timely replies to enquiries are of the essence.
Not only did Lars and Beccy take note of the fact our clients were struggling, but they prioritised the issuing of the sales pack and answered enquiries before I even had a chance to update the relevant parties.
Quite often, in my line of work, I assist clients who are experiencing financial difficulty and yet when I relate this to third parties, it falls on deaf ears. This is not the case with Lars and Beccy. It is so reassuring there people out there who care about their work and clients, instead of just going through the motions and doing the most basic of jobs.
I hope I have the pleasure of dealing with these two decent people in the future.

Smooth Efficient Service

I am currently in the process of selling my property that is managed by IPM and require assistance with requested information and documents. I meet Natalie for the first time today…

I meet Natalie for the first time today Thursday morning, at Tollbar House. After going through some of the issue's I had I was very impressed with Natalie's response.
She then told me the plans for the building work to be carried out.
All I can say the prof will be in the pudding, and support Natalie in what she says because the building is gone down hill very fast.

IPM have been really helpful prior to…

IPM have been really helpful prior to the sale of our property. Natalie Coe the property Manager has been particularly professional with her support . Lars who issued our pre sales pack demonstrated a going above and beyond attitude to accommodate our request to expedite the issuing of the pack . Thanks Lars this will really help with our sale. I know that some managing agents get bad press but I can say that my dealings with all departments have been really good.

What made my experience great was the…

What made my experience great was the assistant HANNAH HOYLAND. Hannah was patient, diligent, polite, and took her time to listen to what I had to say. She got all the details correct and has followed them up with the relevant individual. If all Staff were like Hannah there would be no issues for someone to sort out, thank you so much Hannah.
