Ilyas was AMAZING
Ilyas was an amazing help, he went above and beyond to diagnose and fixed the problem within 10mins, he changed multiple cables. We had multiple engineers come trying to solve this but he was able to solve it extremely quickly.
Very happy to have his support and I hope any problems in the future will be dealt by him.

Engineer Luke attended today to fix our Guru for the 2nd time. Luke was very efficient and helpful in resolving the issue at hand whilst my 2 year old tried to get under his feet in every way possible!
