Shocking experience, wasn’t informed about my order being a pre order until a week after I had ordered so I canceled it and asked for a refund - it’s been 12 working days now and I still have nothing. How does a refund take 12days in 2021? I ordered it over a month ago and all I have seen is -£95

My son ordered 2 pairs of jean - after radio silence he advised inside out to cancel the order. Jeans arrived and didn’t fit so sent them back next day next day recorded delivery. So far no refund endless message advising to wait 10 working day but once again no money. Email chase after email but same message “wait 10 working days “ appalling service

received an email back on 05/05 stating I will receive a refund within 10 days - no refund appeared. on 26/05 second email stating, I will receive a refund within 7 days still no refund.
Tried to email re refund today email address is not recognized.

Really bad experience. First order few months back jeans didn’t fit was told could only have credit note as was sale item. Hardly anything on there site in stock. Checked a couple months later decided just to get couple T-shirt’s as didn’t want credit to go to waste. Was told one of T-shirt’s were not in stock and would be dispatched 30th April 1 month later still no T-shirt’s and no update from them. Avoid at all cost over priced garbage

I ordered a couple of Jeans back at the start of March and was charged for the items then. I was told it would be shipped on 26/03 but it wasn't shipped and I didn't receive anything. After informing IX denim about this, I told them to just cancel my order and raise a refund cos I had waited so long with nothing tangible. It's now 12/05 and have not received the products I ordered or my refund.....Terrible customer service and my money gone! Beware!

I ordered a pair of jeans a month ago today. In this time I have still not received the jeans and have received one email from ixdenim telling me a blatant lie about the product. I didn’t even received a confirmation email after buying them yet the money has come out of my bank account.

Never order from this place.and on every review just slaughter the company Facebook just slaughter it every media platform slaughter it

Had to come back on and change my review to begin with i was a bit put out because I hadn't got a response fast enough or wasn't informed it was a pre order so thought I'd been scammed i have to say since Gemma got on the case she has kept me informed and I've had my jeans which to be fair were wicked..so I've know changed my rating and taken one star off for the pisstake in the beginning but added 3 for Gemma.s correspondence..I will actually order again now as they have some pretty good stuff..

I placed a Order with them on 8th of April, My order still hasn’t arrived or even been dispatched and it’s now 13 days later. I emailed them last week and informed them of the situation. They told me their stock hasn’t arrived from their warehouse yet and that it will be arriving soon, I Understood and let it slide even tho I was annoyed. I emailed again frustrated that they never emailed their customers first and that it was poor customer service to leave customers in the dark or to even let customers place a order on a product that is out of stock. I got a half arsed apology back with a 10% Off code for my next order. Which I’m sure you could of found online.

It’s now been 13 days and the “soon” was utter BS, my order is still in “processing” so I have now emailed ONCE AGAIN asking to Cancel my order and refund my money. This has been a utter Joke and the customer service is VERY poor. Stay far away from this company.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, DREADFUL!!!! THEY WILL DO ANYTHING TO AVOID GIVING YOU A REFUND.

My son ordered 2 pairs of jeans in May 2020. One pair arrived in June but the delivery note said 2. Sent straight back as did not fit and requested refund for 2 pairs. Many many emails later eventually in December they agreed to refund and now again still waiting and all emails ignored again. If they ever reply on here it is always to say 'what is your order number so they can look into it' but they never do and they never answer. If you are lucky when your order arrives that you are happy then that good but if you ever have to send anything back you you are in for a VERY big disappointment. What is worse is that this is a UK based company and we are trying to support UK businesses

Would give 0 is possible just constantly avoiding giving a refund never buy from these people robbery how they won’t refund you never buy of this website conalstantly avoiding refund and blaiming it on PayPal.

Customer service team was great, jeans did arrive a bit late but due too pandemic.

Very very poor didn’t refund when they said they would took me loads of emails and also klarna wasn’t too happy .... they don’t respond and then block your email address

Jeans are great quality and fit well, delivery took longer because of covid restrictions which understandably cant be helped, but once dispatched, with next day delivery, took almost one week to get to me.

Absolutely terrible company. Ordered jeans that were meant to be 34W & 34L as advertised, when they arrived (2weeks late) they were too small & no chance of being a 34L, the tag on the inside only mentioned the W size but no mention of L size. Sent these back but was only given store credit, then found out even if u have store credit you have to pay for the postage & packaging seperately. On top of this i was told that I would receive a refund for my postage from my original order when chasing up why it was delayed 2 weeks. It has now been over a month & countless emails being messed about in regards to this refund & still not received it. All i ever get is that “management will process this”, been over 2 weeks since I was last messed about & I have now given up I’m regards to trying to retrieve this refund, it’s only £5 however it’s the principle. I didn’t ask for it they offered, so why offer what you have no intention of providing?

Very poor returned a pair of jeans and they were not my style posted them first class to arrive quickly they say I will receive an email about the return a week later I still have not received one I have tried emailing them to confirm they have received them and have not had a reply

Good service quick and easy to buy but they still haven’t arrived yet

The quality of the jeans I cannot fault however once I received my order they wasn’t the correct fit for me and I decided to return them

Upon returning the jeans I was told I was only entitled to a credit note which had to be used within 3 months which is completely incorrect if I want a full refund as the garment was returned in the condition I received them In

They try to con you into thinking that you don’t have consumer rights and as a consumer buying online you have 14 days to to return the order to get a full refund they told me that it was there policy that I can’t get a refund but there policy does not override consumer rights so I would be very cautious when buying from them but just know your rights as a consumer

As soon as I mentioned my rights and informed them that I would report them to trading standards they told me I would receive my refund in 7-10 working days .

Still waiting for my refund and it is day 11 now and I have opened a dispute claim against them I am disappointed in the customer care!!
