Insheds really know what customer service is all about. A special call-out to Claire. My order was quite specific, as I needed extra overhand, extra height. When asked, I was given every particular detail that I needed to make my decisions. The team at Insheds are knowledgeable, and come back to you when they say that they will. I would really recommend Insheds as their products are of the highest quality, without breaking the bank.

Went to look at the sheds on offer. Explained what I was looking for.
And got exactly what I was after. Delivered and built for far less than the “off the peg” ones in the big DIY stores !

Lovely lady who was working at the INsheds Welford. She explained what the steps were once ordered. And all took about the 6 wks she said it would take.

The 2 guys who came with the shed and built it were professional and polite.
Took them less than an hr.

Super happy and definitely recommend to anyone looking for a good quality shed from a local shop.

Poor aftersales service. Took 12 months to repair my shed. Held 50% of cost back until repaired. Even then when I did pay, requested notification via email so they could confirm receipt which I did, no confirmation despite follow up email. Would not recommend this company.

Purchased a Potting Shed off Insheds and I am really pleased with it. The team were really helpful and went the extra mile with a few added items I wanted with it. They could not of been more helpful. I have recommended them already to friends and shall use them again in the future for another job I need doing. Its wonderful these days to know of a company so good.

The team built us a high quality summer house using excellent materials. We are very pleased with the finished build and would recommend this company to anyone looking for something similar.

InSheds have done a great job installing my home office. They were knowledgable about the products and were able to give me an estimate very quickly.
Pricing is fair and the final product (Brampton with insulated walls, floor and ceiling) is very good quality. The install was smooth and the majority completed in a day. The only negative was the mess left on the drive due to mud on site, but the returning crew were prepared for it, which shows they listened to feedback.
It is very comfortable and retains the heat really well from only a small 500w radiator.
I would happily recommend them to others.

I thought I was going to a helpful, trustworthy, professional company. On the plus side, the initial design by Stefan was second to none. He is an absolute gem and a credit to Insheds. He was extremely patient and helped me design the perfect shed for my garden. That was when things went wrong.
Firstly, they ignored the agreed design and built a bulk standard shed. If I am looking for plus points, on presentation of the evidence, they agreed to dismantle and rebuild the shed. This of course should never have happened and was disruptive to say the least.
When they rebuilt the shed they broke yhe bottom part of the doorway. They explain that one of their fitters had tripped and broken his ribs. They refused to repair the broken section. No reason given, they just did not respond to that part of my request. They did however, cut back overly long overhangs at the ends of the roof line which people kept catching their heads on (arguably these should have been done at time of install).
It is now 18 months since the shed was installed and I emailed customer services for advice on how to prevent rising damp which is affecting the shed. I received no response.
This company purports to be a helpful, professional company but experience was a difficult and disappointing one.
