Innov8: Great Co-working Space Experience but a Weak Sales team
I recently started exploring co-working spaces and decided to try Innov8’s Solitaire Park location using their Flexipass. My overall experience was great! The staff was courteous and friendly, and the workspace was well-maintained and conducive to productivity.
However, I was quite disappointed with the broken coffee machine, as I had been looking forward to their coffee. A special shoutout to Deepak, who kindly got coffee from their 8th-floor office space, which was a thoughtful gesture. Unfortunately, for the rest of the day, I had to go downstairs for coffee. I hope the coffee machine is up and running by my next visit.
The primary issue I faced was with Innov8’s Sales team. Pre-deal, they were prompt and responsive over WhatsApp, but after the deal was closed, their communication significantly dropped. I had a few questions about the meeting room I booked and am still waiting for confirmation. A delay like this doesn’t align with a great customer experience. As someone who has been a CX Professional and values exceptional CX, I believe the team could benefit from training on delivering Transformational Sales Experiences rather than just focusing on transactional engagements.
If I had to rate the Sales team, I’d give them a 1.85/5 for now. However, the co-working experience itself deserves much higher praise (4.5/5), and I am planning to return next Tuesday, as well as use their 7-seater training room on the 8th. Fingers crossed for a seamless experience next time.
To Innov8: You’ve got a fantastic product and a great team on-site—please align your Sales team to match that standard. Thank you for the otherwise wonderful experience, and I look forward to visiting again.
I am mainly exploring co-working space as we may be considering an office space and expansion in 2025. Until we are dead sure about this move I will keep exploring the Flexipass option.
