High quality products and great customer service.

The orders arrived promptly as promised. Also, I had a technological problem and had trouble accessing my online account. The staff at Innopure resolved it quickly. Importantly, they responded promptly and investigated on my behalf.

Innopure responded right away regarding an error in my order and quickly sent out the correct product. Fabulous Customer Service and support.

I had an issue with my order, the candy apple didn’t taste like it normally does so contacted Skinny Sprinkles via their website to let them know. I had a very quick response from Lesley who was very helpful and arranged to send out replacement boxes which arrived a day or two later. Overall I had a quick response to all emails, all were very polite and helpful.
I have purchased from skinny Sprinkles in the past and have had no issues previously and the delivery is always very quick.

Excellent Customer service.
Had to contact them to see if they ship their products to Spain. At the moment they don't. Lesley from Customer Service got back straight away and they're gonna be shipping to Spain in the future, which is great.

'Easy to use website and quick on delivery' Their Probiotics & Prebiotics are an excellent natural way of rebalancing the bacteria in the stomach.

I have had a standing order for Innopure‘s excellent Organic Turmeric with Black Pepper and Ginger for several months now. I receive a reminder before each payment, all part of the company‘s great service. It is all very efficient!

Unfortunately, I had to cancel my last delivery from Innopure because my doctor has advised me not to take any supplements with my current prescribed meds. Hopefully, this situation will be resolved soon because I find Innopure's products really help me. When I called for a refund and return of the last delivery, Lesley agreed without hesitation and also gave me useful advice on returning it. Other firms on the market these days could benefit from a lesson in customer service from Innopure, not to mention their great products!

I reached out to Innopure for information on exact mcg of Iodine in each capsule of 'Innopure Irish Seamoss and Bladderwrack' since these are high strength and I didnt want to take too much Iodine.

I got a prompt reply (which I really appreciate), "we do not test the iodine content, as iodine isn't a listed ingredient and would only be measured when making a specific content declaration for it on the packaging and labelling."

So I'm using the product on alternative days, I mix contents in smoothie and share it with my husband. Adjusting the dosage in this way has helped minimize any side effects, and reap the benefits. It seemed to have helped get rid of his chronic cough after a bout of flu.

I was disappointed to find out that the magnesium glycinate that they sell, despite claiming on the packaging that it has no fillers or binders whatsoever, actually contains magnesium oxide which is very bad for you as it destroys stomach acid and makes absorption of nutrients much harder. They don’t have to legally mention it on the packaging and so they don’t, unfortunately. I appreciate that they have responded quickly and honestly when I asked them directly though. Unfortunately they are not the only company doing this on their magnesium glycinate products, so always check with them directly!
I am using their vitamin C still and no issues with it.

Innopure - Excellent website to navigate with super order & delivery service too. I am a repeat purchaser of Sage capsules which I have help alleviate the awful hot flushes associated with Menopause.
