My Experience with Unethical Practices and Unfulfilled Promises

I believe I have been a victim of fraud by Inmoroom. After making an initial payment for a fixed-date rental, they contacted me with new, undisclosed terms, stating the deposit wouldn't be refunded if a new tenant wasn't found after my period. This wasn't in the original agreement.

When I asked for a cancellation and refund, there was a continuous delay and lack of response. Despite assurances, no refund was processed, and they eventually stopped responding to my emails and WhatsApp messages. This deceptive practice and failure to honor agreements suggest fraudulent behavior, leading me to strongly advise against using their services and recommend that others avoid them as well.
