I have used Inky Little Fingers to print brochures relating to my hobby for more than a year, and recently moved all my professional print work to Inky as well.

Great customer service, expertise and product

Never had any issues with any of our orders. They will always contact you asap whenever there are questions or concerns. The website is clear and easy to use and pricing is transparent. I would definitely recommend.

Used these guys now for 4-5 different print projects over the last 4 years. Never had a problem. Good customer service. I've sent an email a few times and always received the help I needed before sending in a project. I cannot fault them after many repeated orders over the years. I continue to use InkyLittleFingers for all my printing projects.

This is the first time that I have used Inky Little fingers to print a short run (100 copies) of a booklet and I can vouch for the excellent workmanship, The help I received prior to printing was also first class. Thank you Mark.

Had a job quoted by this supplier whilst out on the road. Gave the supplier all the details they needed and they came back with a quote. All was agreed and the job went to print. They then contacted me the day the job was due to go out to say the job had been quoted wrong and they wanted an extra £565 also stating that until the extra payment is made the job will not be going anywhere. I explained I had already been quoted but I was told that I should have checked they had quoted the job wrong. I had no choice but to pay the extra as I needed the job urgently for a client but as a design and print agency we cannot pass these extra costs onto our client. Feels like we were held to ransom on this job and on telling them I feel their service is awful and that we wouldn't be using them for any future work they replied with "thank you that's great, Kind regards". In almost 10 years of trading I can honestly say we've never been treated like this by a supplier and they've genuinely lost a lot of yearly work from us moving forwards. Its a shame as the quality is great.

Having read your response I’m very surprised by a few points.

Point number 1. Yes I was “constantly busy on the road” because believe it or not that happens to be my job.

Point number 2. I asked for the same staff member I had originally spoke to regarding the order and asked to pay half on ordering the job and half when the job was finished before delivery as I had been messed around before with other jobs whereby I had paid for jobs in full and received them late. I was 10 minutes from the office when you cancelled delivery and as you saw from the following morning you were paid in full (along with the extra you then added).

We won’t be using you again based on the job last year and I find it strange for you to now suddenly reply after 5 months of the job going wrong. I genuinely wish it had gone smoothly as it would have been an easy job every year.

They are just brilliantly efficient and lovely people!

I have been using them for years for small print runs and I could not recommend Inky enough. The quality is superb (honestly - SUPERB) and - because eveyone is so nice there - any issues are dealt with promptly, politely and with great patience. Communication is outstanding: if you have any questions somebody will be able to asnwer them almost immediately.

The range of producs and papers on offer is wide enough to cover most of my needs.

Was a really simple process to get my book printed; speaking to Suzannah and Mark (who run the place) was easy and very helpful, and pricing was good. The end product was perfect (other than a few scuffs on the dust jackets but not the end of the world!). Would highly recommend!

I submitted a pdf for print and was sent a link to a proof which I approved. The next day I received a phone call to say that the page numbers on my original were not showing on the print. When I said they were showing on the proof they said " it was an annotation". I asked how to proceed - and they said it hadn't yet gone through the print run and we agreed I would send another pdf which I did within 24 hours.
However - they then told me that they had printed from the original and if I wanted another pdf they would do it at cost price. (so I would be charged twice)
They denied agreeing anything at the first phone call and made no attempt to offer any apology or cost reduction for the missing page numbers, claiming it was all covered in terms and conditions.

The print arrived - the quality was good (Apart from the missing page numbers)
