Spoke to a 'salesman' that heard me…
Spoke to a 'salesman' that heard me out, went through everything and told me my case needed to be reviewed but there was such a high chance of it being accepted that he wanted to go through the next stage with me just to save time. A few days later I was contacted to provide pictures and more info just to get an email the next day telling me that it's been rejected.

Told me I had a good chance at compensation after my accident and said they’d call back but instead got and email saying evidence wasn’t good enough even after sending photos of the damage to my written off vehicle

Worst experience, they nearly put me off making a claim.
Don’t waste your time. JMW literally asked for my experience regarding the injury but dismissed my request without considering further evidence or the impact that the accident caused me physically and mentally.
