I am regularly frustrated with that bank. It shows that it’s an old time bank mainly focused on optimising costs and profits. The customer is always a second choice. Feedback and support possibilities are from last century. « Safety » is often used as an excuse. Revolut is much better. I’m moving as much of my activities there, both personal and professional.

Nice new packs, they are going amazon style with prime, handy and customer friendly app, very stable and fast logon, always had good experiences with my credit card and getting money back if something went wrong with an order. So a+++
