Terrible experience with this company…
Terrible experience with this company which produces a software plugin for well known content sites.
I emailed technical support from the same email address used to register with their application. They said I wasn't emailing from the correct email address because they didn't understand that Dots don't matter in gmail addresses. - the address I'd used at registration left the dots out.
After repeatedly trying to explain but getting nowhere, I said I had enough and didn't want to persist with the subscription and asked for a refund.
They've consistently refused to refund the payment I made for the first months subscription, instead incorrectly citing their terms and labelling that subscription payment a "deposit"
They seem to be under the impression they can hold customers funds for 6 months in case they rejoin, and then keep the money if customers don't rejoin.
Looking forward to filing a chargeback dispute ASAP.
