Great experience, fast delivery fantastic price

Good fast reliable service, excellent product

The purchasing process was smooth and shipping was very fast. Unfortunately, the item didn't fit, but the return process was straightforward, easy, and handled quickly. Overall, a positive shopping experience with excellent customer service.

Quick delivery and great price.

Sizing can be an issue with bike gear, each manufacturer seems to be very different. So sometimes finding the right size kit is trial and error. Infinity have been very patient and their returns process has been brilliant. I’ll certainly be using them for all my bike related purchases from now on. Shout out to Tom in customer service who’s been brilliant.

If I could give -5 to this company? I would in a heart bit. Ordered a £239 pair of motorcycle trousers, the shipping was lost on transit by their own admission. Now they are keeping the money because they say they delivered it to my neighbour, this is BS. They are masters of thievery, awful costumer service. Every time you are in a phone call with them, they will take time by saying that their systems are down now, and they will call you later (never happens). Don't spend your money to this crooks.

Awful customer support, bought an Alpinestars r10 helmet with a defective visor and the limited to minimal responses from the customer care team to resolve the matter have been unsatisfactory.

Despite me informing the team that the helmet has since had a Cardo packtalk fitted and chin mount they are requesting I return the helmet in full rather than the visor alone. Every reply gets ignored until the 3rd follow up.

Be wary if you intend on purchasing a high value item.

Ordered the agv K6-S Braven Sunday 31st May, arrived Tuesday 2nd June. So very quick to deliver. I'd ordered a small, as that's the size I've always had over the years with other brands. Unfortunately it was far too tight. I sent it back the same day asking for an exchange for a medium. Saturday 6th June my new lid arrived. Fits perfectly, really comfortable and very lightweight.
I've not had chance to go for a ride, so I'm not sure on noise etc.
Infinity have been fantastic. Fast free delivery, free returns and exchanged with no fuss, even though it was my mistake.
I would recommend them to anyone.
As a side note. If you're buying an agv and you've never owned one before, I would recommend you go up a size. Ideally though, go to a shop and try it on first. I didn't unfortunately.

Best online price for the Rukka motorcycle trousers I was looking for. Very quick delivery and also has the benefit of free returns, if needed. 10/10

What a fast, friendly, helpful service.
I had ordered a new visor and pin-lock on Tuesday afternoon. Wednesday morning I got a call from a really nice guy saying that the pin-lock I had ordered would not fit on the visor is that what I had intended. He said he would pack the correct pin-lock as they were the same price and it arrived all correct the next day.Great service!!

I ordered 2 items in good price/discount and i received the email confirmation that everything is packed and it will be shipped tomorrow as it was described. I received the email for tracking as well, but day after tomorrow when i had flight arranged with a friend, i received the email that there are no items in the stock, so we cannot deliver them before mid or end of June.
Later on the customer service when i complained didn't care anything for the situation they putted me, they just said that i can cancell the order or wait for end of June.

Ok, so the website response and the ability to search is very laggy. This badly needs sorting and must turn off a lot of customers (iPhone 12 using safari), not much better on an IMac. This is a shame because beyond that hurdle the prices and delivery via DPD is good. Item double boxed which is good. Returns easy (read their rules)
Will use them again.

First time order. Amazing prices compared to other company's, ordered sunday morning and received it next day monday! Would definitely recommend.

Order was processed and then deliverd with usual efficiency I have experienced previously from Infinity.

I was in tonight for a Shoei fitting service I was met by Carla and her exceptional service as usual. I then had a great experience with Natale she went above and beyond to get my fit just perfect. She took care and showed great patience and experience. I can’t recommend highly enough and of course to nick for his friendly conversation and help. All the staff in this store tonight are an absolute credit to the company and really did make my night. I even left with a new pair of gloves

Order made on website and received confirmation of order only to be sent email 3 days later telling me they did not have the item. Message from seller. "Thank you for placing an order with Infinity Motorcycles.

At the time your order was placed, the availability of the item you ordered was very low. Having checked all locations within the company, we’re very sorry to say that we have completely sold out of all stock in the style, colour and size that you ordered. Unfortunately, we have no plans to restock it in the future. As this is the case, we will can either offer an alternative for you or we can get this cancelled and processed by our refund team for you."

I've ordered from this company a few times. First order went perfectly with no issues. So, I went back to them to order some summer riding gear.

I placed 2 orders one for gloves and the other for a jacket, and boots. I received confirmation from their courier (DPD) that the boots and jacket were on their way not long after, but didn't received any dispatch confirmation for the gloves until several days later even though both orders had been placed on the same day.

The boots and jacket arrived on time, only for the jacket to be completely different to the one I ordered. So I placed a second order for the correct jacket as I did not want to wait until they got my return for them to ship out the correct jacket. I phoned them up to find out what was going on with my gloves, and I'm fairly certain they had simply forgotten about the order as I received dispatch confirmation very quickly after that phone call.

I phoned them up again to follow up on the jacket I re-ordered and was told that they couldn't find it in the warehouse and that there was no guarantee they would find it so they had to order some more in from their supplier but this could take a week. On their website delivery times for this item were still being advertised as within 3 working days, so I don't understand why I wasn't informed of these issues or why the delivery time on the website wasn't changed. If there are supply issues customers should be informed of this and not have to chase up orders that may never arrive.

At this point I asked them to just cancel the order and I would order the jacket from somewhere else as I couldn't wait that long. To their credit, the customer service representatives were very apologetic, and helpful in resolving these issues and expedited refunds. So, the 3 stars are for the customer service team, but I don't think I will be ordering from here again unfortunately. Unless I can't find an item I want elsewhere.
