Great internet services provider. I called to get my internet connected, within an 30mins I was connected. The tech support was excellent, they assisted me over the phone on how to set up my BYO modem. I would recommend Infinet broadband to everyone that I speak to, highly recommend them!
Consistently spotty connection, frequently only getting 4-5Mb down and 20-21Mb up. Pretty far from the advertised 40-50Mb down we’re paying to receive.
Do not go even remotely close to these guys. The internet purchased through them would cut out every 5 minutes, had high latency and basically was unusable. After 4 days of trying to solve the issue I cancelled and moved to another provider and the internet was working perfectly within hours.
The worst part is they absolutely refuse to refund my money and even locked me out of my account for asking where the refund was. Terrible people with no respect. Complaints have been made to the ombudsman and ACCC.
Dont touch them! Service is slow, we have had nothing but problems since using them. Notified them we wanted to cancel the service via email but they continue to take the monthly payment via direct debit. We followed up with another email to say we cancelled the service and refund the payment but 3 days later no reply or refund
