Avoid on-line shopping with Indigo. Ththe reps are clueless, rude and do not return emailsils
on-line shopping was a disaster. The reps. and custumer support teams are not helpful or supportive. They ignore emails, do not return phone calls, give invalid promo codes, and for the customer, it is an exercise in futility. Items for my grandchildren which were supposedly out of stock were plentiful at multiple Indigo stores close to me. I have documentation - several pages of emails, to support my claims
