OK i bought a kurta set using their sizing guidelines. It arrived quickly and the item was stunning but too small and I originally ordered a size larger then I am. Their Customer Service answered very quickly but they would not it exchange the item as "it was specially made for me" It wasn't it was a generic size. I don't think they are a scam their products are beautiful but I think the problem lies in their sizing. I read India has been asked to reconcile EU standard sizing with their system. This is such a shame for India and this company which had huge potential. I would have ordered a lot more clothes. I am keeping the item, I have to but I will give it to a charity and I will not order ever from them again. Their market will always be local not global.

WARNING TO POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS
The rating - to write this review I had to give a rating, if I would it would be zero rating.
My shopping experience with this company has been rather painful. I made an online purchase on 26th September 2021 and received confirmation of my payment and an acknowledgement that the items will be despatched Oct 12th. From 28th September I constantly received emails with the heading – “Urgent! Need Confirmation for Custom Duty or Vat. We need one confirmation regarding new rules that impose after Covid-19 from your local government about VAT / Custom Taxes and Import Duties”. There was no amount stated in these emails, of the cost for the custom duty or vat and how it must be paid. Which I ignored because all companies have to pay their own custom duty and vat which is included in the price for the goods also it was not mentioned on their website. So for me I treated it as a scam.
Within days of these persistent emails, I started getting Whatsapp messages and calls between 5 and 6 in the morning from this company, which I ignored. On the 7th October 2021 I received yet more Whatsapp messages from a person calling herself Heena, saying because I have not replied to the text and emails they have cancelled my order and giving me a credit for their store account. For this person to be calling and texting at unsociable hours, can only lead one to believe customers contact details are not kept safe or secure, and may be given out to possible scammers. The order tracking reference given with my payment acknowledgement does not exist when used on their website to trace the progress of my order.
What decent company behaves in such an appalling manner being dishonourable to their customer’s and misleading them? This is not a company who wants to give an honest service to people, and feel a sense of pride for their business and workers. They have taken my money falsely and will not send out the goods I ordered, which I will forget about but the hardest part of this shopping experience is that these scum bags who operate this company have defrauded me and have been very deceitful and malicious, this is the painful bit when ones been lied too!!

Good selections of traditional wear. Latest and trendy collections. I liked the unique and beautiful design. Nice quality material but color fade after several washes. Shipping process takes more time.

This is a fake website! Do not buy anything from here.. They will take your money, cancel the order themselves and wont refund the amount. I was informed after 3 days of placing order and multiple interactions that the order cannot be fulfilled as factory is closed. Why did the team call me and discussed about the sizing doubts in first place? Secondly, they won’t send you refund email! After asking multiple times, I was finally sent a refund email with assurance of returning amount back in 24 hrs. Its been more than 48 hrs have not received refund and the payu email sent to me now seems like a false email. I have whole chat with customer care as a proof of their lies and deception to siphon off our money!

As of today I have wasted 6 days following up on my order with no refund yet.

very, very bad service and sewing is not good at all, very bad. they cannot sew. And don't report back either. That is no service if you don't solve the problem with the customer. Simply shameThat is not how it works. I bought for 170 € and now he can't write back anymore shame

Purchasing from Indian cloth store has been one of my best experiences recently. They are great at customer service, made similar kurta pajama dress for my 1 year old which i wanted in the same design when i was ordering for my husband. Their communication is at its best updating me at every step of purchase. The best thing was ontime delivery before I needed it for our event and they did it as per my request. Can’t be happier. Extremely satisfied with the purchase. Will do again. Best for indian ethnic dress. Superb quality and fabric. Thanks so much

I bought two salwaar kameez and one lehenga from Indian cloth and I am very happy with the clothes. I was a bit skeptical at first when reading reviews but was pleasantly surprised when I received my clothes! They have been made to measure. Lovely team to assist you. Anish did an amazing job and always kept me in the loop. He even arranged a call to confirm the measurements and gave a few advices! The clothes were the same as in the pictures on the website and the delivery is also on time! Overall, I am satisfied and would definitely recommend to others, and order more from Indian cloth!

I was very skeptical of buying Indian clothes online at first. But buying from here really good as the best experience. Anything I was unsure about I was able to message people on WhatsApp and get quick helpful replies! And the best part is that taking measurements is very easy because they show you step by step how to do it! My package came quicker than expected and the sari and lengha that I bought both fit me exceptionally well!! I will definitely be using this website to do all my future shopping and will be recommending it to everyone I know! The material is also amazing !!

Very poor customer service, I bought 80 suits, many of them were defective. I have returned 20 of them for replacement. No one is attending my calls, no one is replying me, I have paid Australian dollars and they don’t bother to sort it out. It’s more than a year now.

I’ve ordered on 5-Oct 2020 I paid for the amount also but till now the product has not deliver ,I sent multiple reminder but there are no response, Don’t buy anything from this fraud company. Whatever they are advertising on their website all for eyes wash.

I ordered a salwar kameez end of Sept.2020 and paid with prepayment as usually happens. I am situated in Germany. Indianclothstore told me that they had not received the payment. Payment transfer was 3 times carefully checked by the bank (all bank data details were correct)and confirmed that the money was successfully transferred and credited on their bank account. Proofs by my bank have been submitted to them. They refused to submit proof from their own bank that they have not received the payment. Indianclothstore neither returned my payments nor have I received any salwar kameez.

I have bought my Indian dresses from Indian cloth store since 2013. The quality of products and customer service both are good. They are a trustworthy online shop. Better than many online Indian dress shop. Will recommend them to my friends and family.
