Have found Independent Reserve easier and more practical in use compared to other exchanges. Also feels like has integrity, seem to go the extra length to ensure security.

We use them to regulary buy and sell BTC.
Fiat transfer are good. The process is comprehensive during sign up, but i'd like that to know my provider isn't going to have issues later on.

Saw they were the first Australian Government approved exchange. Opened an account.

Was verified KYC in under an hour after providing a photo with my ID.

Deposited A$ and it was available next day.

Good APIs to trade with. Very secure protocols, fast trading and instinctive trade input and low fees.

I like they accept US$, A$ and NZ$ and you can deposit in these currencies and withdraw.

Worst exchange ever. Stupid support, worse than useless. I wouldnt recommend them as they are a time wastee, couldnt even register an account with these clowns, I count it as a blessing in disguise.

A very dodgy operator! This operator cannot be trusted - don't be fooled by their glossy website and all these good reviews here. They wasted so much of my time going through their lengthy online signup only over a week later their website continually blocked me from logging in to my account. In fact, despite trying to log in with my correct credentials over the whole week, they never allowed me to log in to my account. When I contacted their support to ask for clarification, they gave me all kind of excuses. I let your suspicion make up your own mind, but I highly suspect all the good reviews here are fake and written by them. STAY AWAY from this dodgy operator!!!

Just thought I'd let everyone know that I requested a bank withdrawal from this company and was short changed by $25 on top of the $20 fee. After talking to their "support" they say it's extra hidden fees that are not mentioned anywhere on their site. They refuse to refund. Do not trust these guys with your coin unless you like to lose it. Fees could be anywhere from $20 to 100% of your withdrawal/deposit. You've been warned.

Good exchange with lots of charts and useful features. Signup, deposit and withdrawal was simple. Needs more altcoins agreed

I have used this site to buy some bitcoins. The site is easy to use, with nice interface. AUD deposits and withdrawals are fine. Because this exchange is not as busy as btcmarkets, the orderbook is sometimes thin and prices are too low or too high. Need to add more altcoins, at least LTC at a minumum.

Prices are transparent. Needs to accept BPAY payment alongside bank transfer and POLi so that users can deposit higher amounts.
