After years using incorporate.com, I am moving my services to another agent for my Delaware LLC. Today, Incorporate.com gave me misleading and incorect information about my business. When I called back to correct the information, the telephone rep was rude, told me I was wrong, interrupted then snapped at me. Take your business elsewhere.
Originally called "The Company Corporation", they helped me start a new Nevada LLC. Well and good. Their parent company, CSC overcharged me for Agent of Service fees, so I found another service to handle that. Finally, I needed to make some changes after 10 years so I foolishly called them again. All customer service personnel work from home and on two successive calls with stumbling, bumbling agents, the line dropped. I got nowhere, so their company, called incorporate.com, gets 1 star. I'm hiring a Nevada attorney with single point of contact to help me. I suggest you do the same.
