Cashback tracked in May 2022 for multiple hotels stay in November 2022, these have been moved to "Extended" and Imutual response was "..we regularly chase the Marchant..." as the products usually have "return policy" .

My transactions have never been refunded and it should be very easy to check with the online merchant but it seems my transactions have been forgotten by Imutual team even if I enquired few times.

At this stage I am writing off all 4 Cashback tracked (£40 !!!) from ever being approved, Quidco offer slightly lower Cashback but I rarely had any issues with them.

Edit: today 6/6/23 after my review part of the Cashback have been confirmed.. I guess better later then never.

5*'s for suspending problem merchants. The big two cashback don't, or rarely.
Betfair is one company, a gambling site which is well known for affiliate issues.
I took a chance with a large cashback site, but with a gut feeling and reports from others, tracking was highly unlikely. Two gambling companies actually and both unsurprisingly non-trackers.

Excellent. Better tracking than Quidco or Topcashback. Just a shame they dont list Amazon

Always use Imutual for purchases where I can as the cashback is usually just as good as the "big two" but customer service as far better. They answer all queries promptly and they have a guarantee on most retailers that if your cashback doesn't track through no fault of your own it will still be paid.

Imutual has proved very profitable for me just doing the daily clicks , the dailies soon add up

I cannot understand why some people only seem to rate the site 1star.

Yes, the big two can negotiate bigger cashback at times. But I earn far more in free daily recurring clicks here than elsewhere. The big two have Skyscanner which is capped at 8 times a month which imutual no longer has. But Booking Buddy are the same payout as imutual and only at Topcashback but not at Quidco can you earn more at Icelolly.

Any problems people have are quickly sorted out and I see no sign of bullying on the forum. We do argue our case strongly in the discussions on non cashback stuff but that is because there are strong views on both sides of an argument at times. But both sides argue their case strongly.

No other site has a member who runs monthly competitions with a cash prize that he pays for.

You will not regret adding imutual to your portfolio of cashback sites

Have used IMutual for years alongside other cashback sites and sometimes they offer better cashback and sometimes not , swings and roundabouts but I have always had first class customer service and prompt cashback payouts from IMutual so I will continue to use them .

Been a member since 2010 and have for years been very upset by the lower cashback rates that the owner sets such as Skyscanner, Travel Supermarket,Momondo, meaning a high profit for the site and lower benefits for the members. They do have a forum which is rare but I do not use it much as I get bullied by the regulars. It does prvide money for nothing(or at least not doing very much) but there are better and bigger alternatives out there.

I have used Imutual for years , great site and some good daily clicks.
Now that the big 2 are likely to merge and lower their cashback rates I would recommend anyone to use Imutual

I make 53 pence a day for about 3 minutes worth of clicking. No thought required, just daily clicks. However, they take between 3-4 months to validate so think of the clicks in this period as a way of saving.

They DO pay! Come over to the forum, where anyone will confirm this. Speaking of the forum, it is really friendly and someone will always have the answer to your question.

a truly not up to scratch company (I should say it is "s...b..." but not allow at this website), I shopped with ebay through it with over a lot of money then imutual told me they only give out "the so called seller fee", so I was, according to they said a few penny while other cash back site (1% or sometimes get 6 to 10% of the total money spend) I just miss top cash 10% and down to 6% and see imutual do the 10% so I used imututal instead top cash 6%.

Imutual design the page to trapped people and make fun of the public.

nowadays ebay always do offer for seller fee £1 (I know as I always get ebay offer email nearly every month), so no matter how much I shopped on eBay, one would only get a few penny back, so no matter you spend £1 or £500, you would only get penny back

After I pointed out all these problem, Imututal still say they set the page like that because people like that, what a joke, and what a scumbag company. They don't have any bones at all

Without doubt, the very best cashback site overall. Whilst it isn't anywhere as large as the two main cashback sites, this offers free membership (none of these premium plus fee options) with generally 100% cashback - in many cases better than the big two. It also has a great forum with fascinating topics of discussions, fun quizes and competitions. As a smaller site, the customer service is top notch and you really feel their team working hard to resolve your query. On top of that there is a cashback guarantee where members can vote to support cashback payments when they may have been declined. iMutual is for and owned by it's members. Start earning shares now and get this site to its rightful position.

Been using imutual for a number of years. Whilst it claims to be a 100% cashback site, there are sometimes (but not always) better rates available from the two more prominent cashback sites. Having said that, the overall package is far superior at imutual. Tracking is reliable and payments are prompt. Great forum for discussion, competitions, jokes, etc. Support at imutual is second to none, they are great at resolving issues. For me, this is currently the best cashback site out there.

iMutual is another 100% cashback site and whilst smaller than the two big boys out there, offers, in my opinion, a far better experience. It is totally free, with no membership fees and offers a friendly forum, decent cashback rates (usually 100%) and superb support. If you have had trouble with cashback claims in the past, try iMutual, they work really hard getting it resolved for you. Great site, very trustworthy. Weekly payments by BACS or Paypal. Love it.

great cashback. so far, very reliable

It's much smaller company then the main competitors but that comes with the benefit of being much more willing to communicate and listen to its members

You can directly talk to the owner, offer suggestions and request specific companies to be added to the site

And by using the site, you even get shares in the company!

It's hard to find anything to add which previous reviewers have not already said, The cashback rates are comparable to Quidco, the only other site I use. Can't say whether they're slightly better or worse - I have a life without comparing fractional differences on cashback sites. But, being smaller, iMutual offers better service (cynics may of course feel this will level out if and when iMutual gets larger - and they may be right but let's enjoy the ride meantime) and, of course, there are the free shares which may well be worth something if and when it achieves that critical mass. And I forgot the forums - one gets some interesting tips and advice there from fellow members. Definitely recommended.
