Bitte kaufen Sie nur bei uns wenn Sie auch genügend Zeit haben bis die Gefäße fertiggestellt sind.
Die längere Lieferzeit kann mehrerer Gründe haben, zum einen muss der Ofen immer optimal und ökologisch bzw. wirtschaftlich befüllt sein, da er durch die verschiedenen Gefäße und Größen nicht einfach nach Bestelldatum befüllt werden kann.
Auch zu berücksichtigen ist das, den kleinen Manufakturen nicht unendlich Personal und Platz zu Verfügung steht.
So kann es durchaus sein das gerade eine Bestellung mit mehreren Gefäßen durchaus auch mehrerer Monate bis zur Fertigstellung dauern kann, dies kann auch vereinzelt bei nur einem Gefäß vorkommen wenn es nicht in den Ofen passt oder auch wenn ein Mitarbeiter der auf das Gefäß spezialisiert ist nicht zur verfügbar steht.

Extremely disappointing service – missing items and no response for over two years!

I placed two orders with IMPRUNETA for delivery to Belgium (Order 100218385 and Order 100218287) more than two years ago, and I still haven’t received five of the items I paid for.

I tried emailing several times and even called their office, but nobody ever replied. The level of customer service is absolutely unacceptable.

Here are the missing items:

* B5076 – I received the flower pot, but the matching saucer was not included.

* Two saucers (21x28) – missing.

* Two larger bases/pedestals – missing.

After waiting this long with no communication or solution, I am completely disappointed and frustrated. I honestly expected much better from a company like IMPRUNETA.

Never again! I would strongly advise others to think twice before ordering here.
