No shower and no money back.
Please do not buy by them. I bought a shower one year ago and I am still waiting it. Then I asked for my money back and no money back till now.

I have ordered by phone because the…

I have ordered by phone because the website is overloaded with options. I ordered the one called Texas multifunction with hammam but I received a confirmation of my order only with the words "Texas multifun" and nothing more. At that point I had paid by phone with credit card and checked the price they had told me on the phone. I couldn't imagine there would be another model without hammam. But they send me the one without hammam with the same name and which apparently has only a small extra cost. When I asked to send me the missing piece, I was dragged into a rude and extremely stupid customer unfriendly email "conversation" stating I didn't even call (there is no order by any other means, I did order by phone to have assistance). Unbelievable. They did excuse for inserting the wrong product but they keep telling me I had to verify and I had to know that "Texas multifun" is not "Texas multifunctional with hammam" (the description on the Purchase Order was too long). Impossible, and if you ask for an hammam (which does other functions as well) you never imagine there is another product with the same name, not my place as a client to know the catalogue descriptions of your internal warehouse, I guess! By law, if you show photos and videos of a product with a certain price, you have to admit to the client that you were wrong whether it's the wrong price or another product. I am still trying to talk sense into them but keep bumping on a person who tells me that she will send me a solution and then writes me that she thinks I didn't call, everything okay??
