Purely trash system on distinguish a real human action vs bot
Absolutely baffling what sort of tech this company is running. The system blocks you for no valid reason, especially if you click a bit too frequently. It feels like you’re being punished for actually using the site. The CAPTCHA process is just as ridiculous — you practically have to select a wrong answer first and then correct it just to “prove” you’re human. Even after jumping through all the hoops, they randomly block your IP with no explanation. Meanwhile, actual bots seem to roam freely without any issue. Instead of stopping malicious traffic, they’re just frustrating genuine users. Anyone considering them for their tech needs should seriously rethink their options.
Imperva can kiss my digital foot, stop blocking my access from sites you scrutinizing pieces of NON COMPUTABLE JUNK
Just blocks human beings for trying to buy products.
Absolutely terrible at tracking actual bots
Can't block bots for shit, blocks people really well though. Completely useless.
I'm just trying book a driving test. Why are you blocking me!!
So frustrating, so useless
It’s stressful enough trying to book a practical driving test on the DVSA website when they’re so scarce, but it’s made doubly frustrating when you’re constantly mistaken as a bot! In my opinion this is not fit for purpose.
Pathetically bad how did you wiggle your way into "protecting" the DVSA website, gets stuck on loading after completing Captcha.
don't use this company if you want customers. It blocked my access to a webpage because I tried clicking on the login and buying option too fast, and now that page lost me as a client
Company is trash. They give you a captcha. You select all the correct things. It errors out and gives you a captcha again. You do this three times and then they give you an Error 15. That or if you succeed in the captcha and enter a queue, they kick you back to the captcha a minute later, resetting your queue.
Same as the rest of the 1 star reviews. This company is awful, unfit to be in business, after last weeks nightmare on Pokemoncenter.com and consistent lack of updates/upgrades to the system.
Got detected as a bot, the WORSE CAPTCHA i ever seen or heard of in my whole life.
Unable to buy products again due to being wrongly being detected as a bot - all while letting bots through. Terrible service.
Awful bot protection. Always blocks me just during normal browsing with Error 15/17 at the worst time, and there is no way to recover from this other than to just wait for a day or so, at which point it is too late. There should be some way to recover from this by proving you are human, what is the point of it if I'm staring at it as a person browsing the website and can't do anything. Maybe I'm actually just a robot and don't know it yet...
Absolute trash company programmed by clowns. How many bots do you let through but ban actual people?
I visited the UK Gov site to book a driving test. Its certificate said imperva.com. So I visited that site to check out if its genuine or scam. It turned out the site was genuine. Great I proceeded to continue booking the site. Next thing I knew the gov site stopped working. I tried clearing browser cache, restarting browser, restarting my laptop and finally even using a VPN to see if that helps. Nope. Whatever you do if they have blacklisted you then it means you cannot book a driving test. Will someone ask the software team of this company to do basic testing before releasing software please?
Fix your stupid security system, I was trying to rebook a test and it blocks me with error 15, and your shitty bot in your site with it’s “problem solving” link is not helping.
