The ONLY bit of feedback I have is about the coach call recordings.

It'd be great if the Zoom recordings were uploaded same day and not after 48/72 hours, even better if somehow done immediately after each call. For someone like me who likes to implement coaching feedback immediately after the call, having to wait a day or two for the recordings to be uploaded is a bottleneck as it's difficult to take notes during the actual call especially since our notetakers can't join. Fast Feedback + Fast Implementation = Easy Growth.
