You can’t return goods

My son ordered a hoodie from Impericon which was too small. I sent it back to Germany via Aus Post from the warehouse at my workplace to ensure we had all the correct information, address, cost, & the package was returned to my workplace, unable to be delivered. The email contact in Australia was unhelpful & the email contact in Germany didn’t respond.

Very disappointed. Avoid if possible.

I have used Impericon for a few years now. They have a lot of good quality merch and seem to be the front runner for band merch in Europe.

That being said, their customer service and general response time is pretty awful.

I placed a large (£550+) order at the beginning of June containing both vinyls and t shirts. We are now into July and I haven't received anything apart from a fairly ridiculous excuse from customer services. They blamed the entire order of 20+ items being delayed on 1 vinyl record being a 14 day turnaround (they sent this on the 13th working day but in reality it had been well over 3 weeks by this point). I have asked for them to be sent separately, for updates as we are well past their own deadline that they set. They ignore emails and overall its been a very poor experience.

This company has always been slow for delivery but now they are just unacceptable.

Update 1:
Funnily enough, I finally got a response on the day of this review. They informed me that the item that they had been waiting on was no longer in stock and wouldn't be back in stock so that's why my order wasn't packed. They apologised and refunded me that album and said my order would be packed as soon as possible.

That was 4 days ago now. Still nothing sent, order still showing as unfulfilled and a large chunk of the items that I ordered have now moved from 'ready to order' to 'out of stock, delivery within 14 days'.

Honestly considering cancelling the whole order at this point. It has been 32 days of being ignored and treated poorly. Their customer service is extremely poor and this should have been resolved weeks ago.

If I could give no stars I would.
I've been trying to address my issue of my package being stolen for over a month now. I've written many emails with no response. They give only one avenue of contact, through their website. No email address, no phone number, only with their contact form. I'm beyond upset at this point. I'll never order from them and neither will any of my friends.

Customer service ignoring emails

One of my shirts arrived in the incorrect size. I have immediately emailed customer service and addressed this issue, as this was completely on their behalf. Have not received any response for a few weeks now. Not sure what is going on. I have never had such a poor experience with Impericon.

Ignoring emails about undelivered items

Ordered some vinyls over a year ago. Took untill october to receive only 2 out of the 4 vinyls I ordered and I did not get my money back. All my calls and e-mails about me wanting to be compensated have been ignored.

I placed an order on 28th May

I placed an order on 28th May, no news of the order being dispatched after giving it 12 business days as per the website. I've emailed twice for an update and had no reply. I paid £11.99 for FedEx delivery but no sign of the order nearly a month later and no reply from anyone.

ETA 2 weeks, real time over a month

When I placed my order, one of the three t shirts was on a back order. Two week delay. Not a problem, three weeks later after a week of that t shirt being in stock no shipping info.
After many emails and a month after I ordered I finally got a shipping email

Ordered on a Friday

Ordered on a Friday, only confirmation was that they had received the order. And that remained for 6 working days. Quickly then dispatched and I wasn't able to change the address as I would no longer be at this address on the delivery date. Items delivered to said address and stated it was signed for by me, even though I was not there and do not have the items.

Overall my experience have been good

Overall my experience have been good. I have only ordered t-shirts and hoodies, the quality overall is good, albeit with quite a few loose strands all over to clip and pick off before use.

My 2nd order included a t-shirts that have 4-5 holes at the bottom of the shirt after just a few washes at 30 degrees on mild and just hung up to dr. I have tried to contact the company, but have gotten no response in the last 10 days, so i guess the next option is to try here.

I will gladly change the the overall score depending on the outcome, but as it stands now, this is my experience.

Edit:
Email received with a voucher for a new shirt, so as promised i have changed the rating, as i am overall happy with the quality of everything else i have ever purchased.

that's very annoying that your order was delivered to your neighbour. We are sorry about that.

In fact, the trend will continue to be towards simplifying delivery, which we do not believe is in the interests of our customers. Especially as the cost savings are not returned to us or the customer as a price.

We are therefore currently looking into alternatives and will soon be offering delivery via other service providers again.

Poor customer service

Poor customer service. Unfortunately I cannot say completely why because they are able to flag and have my true reviews removed multiple times. Know that if there is an issue with your order and live out of the country they will use hateful political speech as an excuse. Know that products listed as manufactured in “Germany” and “Ireland” are actually made in china. If you do order out of country the prices to have items shipped are not accurate. They also refused to cancel my order before it left the country when I raised my concerns. I would not order from here again, I wanted band merch and instead got a headache and political hate speech.

Edit- once again they are flagging my post to remove, I have screen shots and emails of the horrible things they have said about my wonderful country and hurtful words towards me. Sad. If I even use direct quotes the phrases they used my post get taken down for hate speech.

Great items, longer returns process.

Frustrating customer service if you're ordering from the UK and a *very* outdated returns service which requires you to have access to a home printer and see through plastic envelopes for customs forms(?!). A shame, because Impericon have awesome merch. Just wish they had a UK base/return address.

This is down to the morons who voted Brexit though, as posting/ordering anything to and from Europe now is an absolute ballache in the UK.

as you have already correctly written, Brexit is the only reason why the process is so “old-fashioned” again and why we no longer have a returns address in the UK.

Unfortunately, due to the current customs regulations, you also have to attach the customs declaration to the return.

We would have liked to do without it.

I got the wrong shirt which was cheaper…

I got the wrong shirt which was cheaper than the one I ordered. They did not respond to my email. Absolutely the worst service I have ever experienced.

Edit: They responded after a week (probably because i started the refund process on revolut). I still do not know when and if will i get the shirt i actually ordered.
