I have not yet received the order or any updates about where it is since about 5 January

I followed the care instructions exactly—washing it inside out with the zipper fully closed—but the zipper immediately failed in the wash, pulling out two teeth. This is unacceptable for a brand and product marketed as high-quality. I’ve never experienced a jacket being damaged in this way under normal care. To make matters worse, there was no notice of tariffs at the time of purchase, and I ended up paying UPS $149.29. The combination of a defective product and unanticipated fees has made this purchase extremely frustrating.
When I contacted customer service, they asked for some photos. After providing a couple, I've yet to hear back.

Happy with the items, came as expected in good time. Good communication. Different merch than I’ve been able to find elsewhere!

Quick shipping to the uk, had the product I had been looking for and was easy to use

I placed order on 17.12.2025 and still didn’t receive items .
Not even email with more info or tracking number . When try to find order on their website , it’s says order not found . Wrote them email few days ago and still not answer 😞 start to think it’s scam ! Not happy about that . It’s supposed to be Christmas present

Will never order from this company again. Ordered 24/11 spent over €200 for my son’s Christmas present. The excuse I got one item is out of stock . It wasn’t when I ordered. Lame excuse.. Don’t sell things you don’t have then! Sent an email to customer service last week .. still no reply! At this rate I’ll have to contact my bank.. disappointed beyond words ! Avoid

Haven't received my stuff and they don't reply to my contacts.

The product was exactly what I was looking for and it was perfect. My only issue was the price and shipping. The price of the item was $45, I paid over $50 for shipping and then had to pay $65 is tariff fees through UPS. I will not be shopping here again just because of the additional fees alone.

Contacted UK return service on 8th and 17th December as website instructs. Still haven’t had a response and have now missed the return window. Customer service is non existent.

Impericon has sent me a sweatshirt but in the wrong color and with a damaged print.

Moreover, they do not answer my support ticket I have opened 3 weeks ago.

The customer experience is horrible if the company takes no responsiblity for their actions.

I have been waiting for the shipment for more than a month. I wrote to support about 5 times but no one answered me. I do not like such behavior and it is extremely unprofessional. Untrustworthy store, I do not recommend.

Ordered 27th November, today 28th December & parcel has only just been released through customs
I ordered two different items from America which were received within 14 days each

Ordered on the 14/12 as a Xmas gift, spent over £100, still not arrived 2 weeks later and have no clue on exact location.

No fuss, fast shipment and delivery, the sizing is pretty much correct, good value for money, I'd rather choose Impericon again over the competition. Highly recommended!

Absolutely brilliant! The hoodie and T-shirt are excellent quality, they arrived in a timely manner even though they were being shipped from Germany! Really pleased with everything and I think the bf will love his Christmas present! Thank you!
