Avoid if you care about your paintwork
Easy process, however the drier blew lots of grit/dirt/sand on the car. It sounded terrible inside as if someone had just thrown stones at the car, and upon leaving I noticed lots of small chips all over the paintwork.

First time I've used this car wash
First time I've used this car wash. Very simple to use .scanned app which was so easy .in and out in under 10mins. Chap in car wash was great really helpful and was very efficient. Definitely use again

Car Wash was spot on
Car Wash was spot on. Only issue I have is that I have yet to receive any stamps on my loyalty card on my app, I did have one but it then was wiped so I don’t feel that the app works for that

This was my first time using IMO
This was my first time using IMO. The chap who guided me into the car wash was extremely helpful and informative, I could not ask for better. The wash and dry was also excellent.

Absolutely terrible!
Absolutely terrible!! There was an offer on for any wash for £5 so went for the top wash - ceramic x. This is supposed to include a pre hand wash (which it didnt, the operator sprayed water on the car and couldn't get me in the car wash quick enough) car is still Absolutely manky and now with the ceramic coating on top of the dirt!!
I have emailed a complaint but await a response

A quick & easy experience with polite staff
It is all very easy & quick to do. I have been spending a fortune jet washing my car myself, & it has left a strange coat on it. I paid for the ceramic coating, & I was amazed when I reached my destination, got out, & saw it. It was like a new coat of paint. She was a glossy, shiny & beautiful sports coupe. Well worth the £18 I spent. I will definitely be going there again!!

I paid for a Ultra HD wash and no pre wash treatment was applied to my car either on the body or the wheels. Not sure I will use the Aldershot car wash again.
