IMO Car Wash Reviews

Staff could definitely be friendlier.
Staff trying to sell you extras isn’t welcome.
A more thorough wash WOULD be welcome (I went in with bugs on my windscreen and came out with bugs on my windscreen)

I’ve used IMO car washes for many, many years and my experiences have differed greatly. At some you are met by a team of enthusiastic operatives, the pre wash is thorough and all encompassing, while others, like my most recent visit, are manned by a single operator who looks like he would rather be anywhere else right now than here. The prewash involved a cursory spray of the car with some foam, a quick brush on the drivers side of the window to allow me see see a bit and a few waved fingers at the side window to move me onto the conveyor.
I also find that a few flashing signs during the progress through the machine don’t give me any confidence that I’m getting the treatment(s) I’ve paid for.
Having said that, I do come back as the finished results are adequate, although not on par with the manned car washes sites where you have a team of people all doing their bit to ensure the highest standards for similar cost.

Paid for one of the higher priced washes, but most of the jets that apply the rain protection and wax weren't working or were pointing away from the car! Doesnt dry very well either.
I use this wash a lot but it needs to up the maintenance ?

My car was still dirty after the wash and wasn’t dry at all all dry marks where the water had dryed up on paint work won’t be returning to one of the car washes again as this is the second time that this has happened

Efficient staff. Clean car

Staff. Very helpfull

We arrived at a quiet time! The staff were friendly and the result was good. The machine
/operators managed to clean the hubs better than other places which is important to me.

Excellent service. Helpful staff.

The quality of the Ceramic Finish is hard to believe. Amazing end result. My only criticism is the interaction and lack of direction from the colleague processing my Car Wash experience. No conversation, no directions, just pointed. The actual process and end result is incredible, however let down by an employee who clearly does not want to be there.

Friendly efficient staff. Car came out gleaming.

App good, help on site good, washing result good, all good!

All ways very helpful
Great service & friendly staff always.

All ways a good friendly service . A great car wash

Efficient swift wash, leaving my car gleaming and ready for the autumn weather. Rain Guard deserves its name!

Friendly, carefully, took time for some extra spots to clean. Perfect!

It was my 1st visit to IMO Llandudno since they have simplified their choice of washes. I purchased 2 washes via the IMO app & saved £1 on 2 washes. It cost me £4.50 per wash.
They now only offer 3 choices of car wash as far as I can see. Pay onsite from £5 , £10 or £16. Purchasing online bundles via App saves you money.
I opted for 2 of the basic washes & was very pleased with the result. The 2 men there are helpful & do a good job at the prewash before you enter the car wash itself.
Overall I found it very good value for money & my car was sparkling!!

But extra time

Great service as usual ! Great guys, very polite and friendly.
