Was broke and spraying out from hose and not machine, only half the car done and when I mentioned it to staff they come over and dryer my car as dryer was not working and said they didn’t want to put car through again. Second bad experience. I will never go back the drying scratched my car I had to polish and wax when I got home

Bonnet came out still dirty
Bonnet came out still dirty, went round again to show the guys who insisted it was greasy polish. Car hadn't been polished or in fact used for near two weeks in the bad weather.
Eventually wiped bonnet clean but non need for the drama
