Virtually no waiting to pay.
Cleaned the car well.
Perhaps not as dry as I would have liked.

Paying by app worked great. Service good as always.

Never used imo burton on trent used it once it broke down and damaged a car in front couldn't get out of the queue so unfortunately had to go through the brushes broke down on my car got stuck on the grill of my car was told to reverse back wheels were spinning .it scratched my bonnet pulled off the grill and something was hanging from the front filled in an incident report form took pictures. Send proof .they refused to do anything said the car wash did not break down on that day. said it was the managers responsibility not there's he obviously lied asked for cctv footsge of the incident ignored my request ADVICE FROM ME .NEVER USE ANY OF THIS COMPANIES CAR WASHES !!!

IMO CARWASH MECHELEN: 8 euro instead of 6,5. Windows not totally clean and wheels as dirty as when I came. So not happy. The staff was friendly.

the guy working there was really nice ...making jokes having a laugh with me and my partner. id never been through a drive through car wash before told me exactly what to do and was super sweet.

Very quick process with efficient and hard working staff. Not the fault of the staff at all but I had alot of water marks left on my car which I had to go over and rewash but I'm sure that is to do with the drive through car wash so it cannot be helped.

Paid for the most expensive clean at the Patchway one in Asda, Cribbs Causeway.

Shocked by how poor the clean was. The car was cleaned to an extremely poor standard with much dirt left on the vehicle.

Staff at Littlehampton Tesco car wash are rude, have no customer service skills, and their hand signals are terrible in that they barely raise their hand or move it to indicate where to steer. The turning point from the petrol station into the car wash area is tight for larger vehicles and they stop you at various points to prewash or do wheels etc so you need their guidance on steering correctly onto the track in the wash. This needs proper hand signals which they don’t do and they have no patience. At one point they asked if I wanted to damage my car when I couldn’t work out what his static hand gesture meant and struggled to see where the track was. Proper customer service training required. Awful.

Purchased car wash on app which was simple to use, Upon entering the carwash the code was scanned & wash proceeded as usual.

Efficient and effective. A straightforward process. Good value for money!

The staff workers park their cars at the spaces for the vaccum cleaner. It is not easy to drive through. Furthermore the car doesn't get completly dry.

Car wasn't particularly clean despite paying for the top wash.

I was disappointed that the wheels were not cleaned completely.
