The staff were lovely but did get a chip!

The staff were lovely, the service was great, and the whole process was very simple. I was able to get in quickly, and the payment system was straightforward and easy to use. The car also came out looking very clean.

Unfortunately, I noticed a chip on the right-hand driver’s door after the wash. I thought I’d heard something while the car was going through the machine, and when I got out, I found the chip. I appreciate the company has terms and conditions stating they don’t accept responsibility for damage, but it was still very disappointing.

Overall, the wash itself was good and the customer service was excellent, but because of this experience I won’t be using the machine at the Newbury site again.

Everytime my wheels never get cleaned…

Everytime my wheels never get cleaner properly, dirty that by using the high-pressure cleaner should remove, something that I mentioned the the gentleman when i paid for the wash and i was reassured that the wheels will be cleaned, but weren't, to much of a rush to get the cars in and out. The drying mops at the end have been missing for a few weeks now. Really irritating as the vehicle does not get properly dried, mirrors etc. I must park off and manually dry these afterwards, dispite paying for a service, that is not being done properly.
