The attendant was polite and efficient…

The attendant was polite and efficient even in the current heat wave. So most of the starts are for that. My car was pretty clean after but still have marks and bits left in places and on my windscreen after the Total Wax package.

There was a guy working there and he…

There was a guy working there and he was so rude and impatient. This was my first time in this car wash and the way I was treated was nothing short of disgusting! I will never be back and more to the point I will be sharing my experience with everyone I speak to!! I sent an email stating I would like to raise a complaint and that wasn’t replied to. This says a lot about your customer service.

These guys are good on price

These guys are good on price, service and wash quality.

I on purpose skip Sainsbury's car wash to go to IMO because their equipment is better and I enjoy the hybrid between hand car wash and machine washed

the same as it did the last time i used…

the same as it did the last time i used the car wash
the wheels were not spray with the white detergent which meant that the inner part of the wheels were still dirty,
the front and rear screen were not brushed which left the front screen with fly's not cleared .
This the second time this has happened .

Shocking customer service was not…

Shocking customer service was not willing to help one single bit, the car was clean to a ok standard. However the customer service after I asked a question was diabolical. I wont be going back to Northampton IMO car wash again.
