My car is covered in scratches

My car is covered in scratches, there are watermarks everywhere- this is a new car so I’m absolutely gutted at the state of it! Considering I paid £14.25 for the ultra HD and what I got was a car covered in scratches and watermarks everywhere, definitely wouldn’t recommend.

A friendly man greeted us

A friendly man greeted us, the car was clean and shiny and there were no long queues.
I don’t like the scanning process to pay I prefer to pay cash.
