Fantastic experience. Efficient, polite and friendly staff. The finish on the car was excellent. Highly recommended.

IMO refused to let me use a voucher that was sent in the IMO App as the manager of Fareham IMO would not honour them.

I use IMO every week so was disappointed that they refused to let me use this voucher.

I did email customer services that refunded me for this. They were very helpful.

The worker did a really good job. I noticed he really wants to get my car clean although it was really hot on this day. Good Job !!

Quick and easy to use

Van was very dirty as a disabled person was great service van was very clean only problem l had to straighten the passenger door mirror will definitely use again paid on line

Honestly paid 10 pound for a triple wax all it did is take the dust off I had to rewash it at home I did expect more the guys just seemed to rush people through at the bletchley one its the first and last time I will be using this one they need to go over to Kingston to be shown how to do it they guys over there are brilliant

Don't waste your time using the app, Has no benefits at all i use to buy 12 car washes at a time, with every six stamps you get a free one, now they have gone full circle, to try and get you to buy single washes to make more out of you. The water they use leaves marks all over your car, you then have to go home to clean the marks off. Going from using this car wash two times a week, down to zero. Staff are amazing though, ownership not so good and very greedy

I use/used frequently but unfortunately on this occasion the carwash “broke down” and I was stuck in there on a hot day for ages and no one even let me know what was happening or apologised when they finally got the carwash going and my car wasn’t even clean. I am disabled and can’t be away from home for long so it was a pretty distressing experience for me.

I have been here before with great results but this time my car was not clean at the end.
I paid for the Ultra HD and still had dirt marks all over the car. I have to scrape it off by hand.
The wheels are nice and shiny but the overall clean was disappointing.

Some stains left and hazard indicator probably got short circuited. Not suitable for my Mercedes E class.

Wheels were as dirty dining out as going in!
Carwash alse broke off some bumper trim

Nice and easy, staff just seemed rushed but otherwise the service good, definitely worth it

The imo is very handy and convenient but this last clean left my alloys still quite dirty, I appreciate I only did a basic wash but would still expect everything to be clean
