IMO Car Wash Reviews 

Purchased the car wash before I left home. When I got to the IMO in Braintree, it was closed meaning I couldn’t use my purchase. No mention of it being closed on line so I wasn’t too happy

I recently visited your car wash and was disappointed with the service. Water marks were left on my windshield and all windows because the staff member did not use a brush during the pre‑wash stage. At other locations, staff consistently use a brush to remove dirt and marks before the wash, so the lack of care at this site was noticeable. I was not satisfied with the result and would appreciate this being looked into.

Great customer service but even when you purchase the higher priced washes the water marks are very obvious and the car needs to be detailed again

John at Coatbridge was exceptional. Excellent customer service and my car is very clean. A nice white, shiny Fiesta. He explained everything very professionally but with a touch of personality.

Always a great service when I visit Minworth Wash

The guy at the start did really good and thorough job. Checked the car at the end and the machine left it completely smeared and also there were white drips all over both sides on the doors and the boot, potentially where wax wasn't applied properly.

The service is always great at this location. It’s very convenient, quick, and the quick pay is very easy.

Good clean to car

The ceramic wash left marks on all the non metallic parts of the car. Rubber seals and black acrylic was stained. By the time I was home I had to wash round the car by hand to remove the staining.
Also, the offer of free second wash not given on the online account. Very disappointed.

Being honest, I don't often go to any car wash, but the £5 IMO deal this last couple of weeks has seen me there TWICE already. I've gone for the Ceramic finish on both our cars. Fantastic offer at that price. I've visited the East Boldon branch on both occasions. The lads there work very hard. The service is streamlined and there's hardly any delay even when it's busy. I'll be back again before the offer closes.

The wind screen wasn’t pre washed as normal they’d and no hot water jet before going into the tunnel as the normal guy did every time!!

This IMO branch is my regular stop as one of the best I have visited. There is always a friendly welcome and nothing is too much trouble. I had a wash and mini valet today. The finish was astonishingly good and completed so quickly. I am very grateful. See you next time!

£10 for a car wash that didn't wash my car. Rims were filthy and roof was still dirty
