es tut uns leid zu hören, dass du mit der Premiumwäsche unzufrieden warst und den Eindruck hattest, dass die Lackversiegelung im Rahmen einer Rabattaktion nicht aufgetragen wurde.

Wenn eine Wäsche nicht das gewünschte Ergebnis liefert, kannst du dies direkt vor Ort beim Team reklamieren, damit die Reklamation umgehend geprüft werden kann. In den meisten Fällen kann bereits vor Ort eine Lösung gefunden werden.
Sollte eine Reklamation vor Ort nicht möglich sein, kannst du uns gerne den Standort, den Zeitpunkt deines Besuchs sowie Bilder, die direkt nach dem Waschvorgang aufgenommen wurden, an info@imowash.de senden.
