IMO Hartlepool - Appalling - AVOID!!!
IMO Hartlepool
Attendant informed me the reason for horrible white marks all over the car after wash was that the person in charge of the carwash has decided to NOT bother with the water softeners ie the cars are being washed with HARD WATER hence leaving appalling marks .
I did not get a refund.
After writing a review .. response was to get in touch via app or website to provide more details.
I have added the details here so all potential customers know to AVOID this IMO carwash.

The car wash was not done properly
The car wash was not done properly, l chose the option for £10, l had some marks on the front screen of my car, they cleaned the back window with brush and soap but they did not the front. I spoke to one of the workers to check why it was not done and he said we don’t to the front screen. I had this wash many times previously and my front screen was cleaned with a brush before the wash. I still have the marks on my car! Very disappointed, especially with the way the member of staff spoke to me.

8 out of 10 times the car is clean but…
8 out of 10 times the car is clean but more importantly it’s how customer service handle the 2 other times. I have had a good experience with the latter

Second time I’ve visited
Second time I’ve visited - disappointed as wheels still not cleaned properly. I admit they were dirty but the operator told me which wash to select. Green light not working at drying cycle. Was rushed at check in as there was a queue behind me whilst I scanned the qr code.
