I paid £14.95 and my car was not clean…
I paid £14.95 and my car was not clean at all!! I complained and the surly rude man gave it another quick go over with his hose which then still left if marked and also water marked the windows and removed the polish. He refused to allow me through the car wash again. I will NEVER come back!! Happy to supply photos!

Nice and friendly staff, wash program not thoroug
The service was very good from the staff - friendly and plenty of time to prepare the car, unfortunately the wash program was not very thorough - even though I only drive a small car and selected the most expensive program.

Christchurch damaged my car now ghosting me..!
While visiting the Christchurch Car Wash the horizontal wiper was ripped off and the wiper arm damaged.
The staff were incredibly helpful in admitting fault, offering to pay for the damage and photographing my car and filling in the correct forms.
Though once this was completed the response from the management company Anduff Car Wash Ltd has been very poor.
They asked me for various details a quote made out to them, photos and my copy of the forms. They clarified that they intend to pay the repairer directly. All supplied immediately by me.
Now they are ghosting me, there is no direct phone number available to the public.
Please be warned, if they damage your vehicle you are likely to be treated similarly.
My car will not be released by the repairer until payment is made by Anduff.
I’m probably now going to have to take them to court

Very very very rude staff!!!!
Very very very rude staff!!!!! They clearly hate their job! Please release them into the wild, that’s where they belong! Ghastly boys. Why oh why are they so rude??
Also the ‘closed for maintenance’ sign is displayed regularly when, clearly, nothing is happening! I suspect a crafty break round the back… appalling!!!
