IMO Car Wash Reviews 

Paid for top service. And again 2nd time I've had a car still dirty when pulling out wheels wernt even touched. Waste of money. And the works rather site on there phones then work.

Marks left on car following wash. £20 internal valet was extremely poor. Basically a hoover only. Very disappointing

The service provides a convenient and effective car wash experience, resulting in a clean and gleaming exterior. While I primarily utilize the exterior wash, I recommend a thorough interior cleaning when time permits.

A very good service

The pretreatment was excellent they rly compensated the missing Bruch which was defect a little more insect treatment would be awsome but with 30degrees I can understand the light scrubbing.

The dryer didn’t dry car very well so water mark dribble on car
Didn’t need to pay the price I did as I would if got the same wash on the cheaper
Lady spraying wheels I was watching her she did one squirt on each wheel on the cars I saw her doing

I choose ultra HD car wash . But the car washing was so poor it even left so many dirt marks on the sides and back. Will never choose it again. 17 euros for keeping the dust marks

the driver in front of me had problems with his roofing. in a very patient and calm manner the staff handled the situation, guiding us behind that car to back up a bit so he could use a free spot and manage the problem. during that whole procedure the staff never acted stressed oder impatient

Second time we used the car wash. First time there were still marks on windscreen after wash. Second time we went there we pointed out the marks on windscreen a week or so later which the operator tried to jet wash off and they were still there the other end. Also on second visit we paid for chassis clean also and not being funny wheel arches were just as bad as when we went in. Not impressed with cost and it took me two minutes later to remove the marks off the windscreen myself and not totally impressed with the underside clean.

New payment method (scan & pay) worked convenient and I appreciate the discount. Unfortunately I did not find a way to check what’s included in the packages quickly. So I chose by price rather than by product description.
The prewash handled by staff was quick and not appropriate so that the automated washing did not manage to remove all insects from the windshield.
The carpet cleaner did not work. The hoses of the vacuum cleaners were worn and bent so that the vacuum did not work properly all the time.

I paid £20, but I’m not happy with how the machine washed my car. It’s no different from the cheaper options—there are still spots and unwashed areas.

Very helpful chap. Even though I didn't know how to take the handbrake off my wife's car he advised me and off we went through the carwash. Im sure he thought I was numpty as he was shaking his head at me which I saw through my mirror but everyday is a learning day. Thanks my friend.
