Easy app and payment.

I use this car wash regularly. This week there was a special offer on which was very good value. Hope they do it again regularly

Sadly I won’t be returning. The last process whatever was spraying my car stunk of rotten pond water and left my windows streaked and smudged, the dryer at the end barely dried my car - literally all my windows had smudges and stains of dirty water. I had to wash it all off when I got home. I paid £13… absolute rip off.

Poor customer service wrong price charge

Normally a very good service. However this time I was left disappointed. I was rushed through without the tyres getting a spray and only the rear getting a pre wash with the soapy brush. By the time I got home there was still soap suds still on the car. So I had to rinse these off.
My car came out very wet which was unusual, this never happens. It was as if the car wash settings weren’t right or something.
I suspected all these problems were because it was the £5 offer. However I’m a regular customer 🤷🏽‍♀️

I wish they would provide a tyre shine service after the drive through, they do at an IMO near Leeds Bradford Airport!

I would score zero but sadly that’s not an option. Formal complaint ignored yet spammed by “aren’t we great, thanks for subscribing crap”

When with highest option and still didn't clean the car, front of car was still dirty and the windscreen didn't clean either.

i was told if i paid for the most expensive i would get a free 3 foam wash but heard nothing about my free second visit. i took photos of the boards at the time

I recently took my car to IMO Car Wash, and I am genuinely impressed with the results. I opted for one of their top-tier wash packages, and the value for money is hard to beat compared to other automated or hand-wash services in the area.
Pre-Wash & Staff Experience:
Before even entering the conveyor, the staff member on duty was friendly, efficient, and thorough. They gave the car a great manual jet-wash prep—paying extra attention to the front grille, windscreen, and arches to break down stubborn bugs and brake dust. That extra effort makes a huge difference before the automated brushes even touch the paint.
The Wash Process:
The conveyor system ran smoothly and quickly. The triple-foam application was thorough, and the high-pressure wheel cleaners did a fantastic job getting into the alloys. I was particularly pleased with the drying stage; the powerful blowers left almost no water spots, which is usually a weak point for automated washes.
Final Finish:
When I pulled away, the car looked immaculate. The paintwork had a deep, glossy shine, the glass was streak-free, and the tires had a nice polished look. It completely removed weeks of built-up road grime without leaving any swirl marks or scratches.
Verdict:
Fast, affordable, and highly effective. It saved me a ton of time while delivering a finish that rivals a much more expensive hand wash. I’ll definitely be making this my regular spot and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quality, hassle-free clean!
